@tangerinekyc You should've been more clear on the requirements of the user, full transparency is required in order to fight abuse.

Either update your thread mentioning the requirements to the users or mention the requirements before making any deal.

Refund the user. Do so within 24h and keep the account.

Yes, the account may be on my personal email, but the phone number tied to it is not mine, meaning i cannot access it independently or securely. It’s too late to update the post now, i should not have to pay for a phone number when you never told me it was required, and the account you delivered is still not the product that was advertised.

First of all ITS ON UR PERSONAL MAIL something which for one i cant have perma access too and also if i agree to a full refund how does that mean i can sell the account to a future client as for one it is not on my future clients email nor is it on a open up email which i have created.

Im agreeing on a mutual understanding of a 50% refund whereby i refund 12.5$
