I honestly don't remember if I sent him a video, since I think I tried once and it wouldn't let me because it was too long—imagine recording for an hour! That's why I sent him a timestamp as proof. And he never asked me for a video; he just gave me some "solutions" that didn't work, as you can see in the screenshots I already showed.

But I do have a video, from when I downloaded his chat configuration until I used it, and I keep it as proof that I recorded it during those days. I can show it to you if you want, although it's basically the same as the photos, but in video format.

He says it worked for @Ping, but as he himself admitted, he didn't do the exhaustive testing I did. I told the seller to test it exactly as I'm doing it, with my bundle, with proxyless, etc., mirroring what I was doing to see if it would work for him, but he didn't show me. He just insisted it only worked for large bundles, which he didn't tell me before selling it to me. (And even then, it doesn't work well with large bundles.)

Now he's telling me the API is dead, but in the video and photos I have from when I tested it back then, it wasn't working properly when he sold it to me.

He offered me the Babikoqi tool, which was Hotify, a few days ago—the same day you replied to this post—because he's working with him now, or something like that, according to what I saw on his channel, but not from what he told me.

But the problem isn't whether the current setup works, because it clearly the old doesn't. The one he offered me is new. The problem is that more than two weeks passed between that date and when he offered me a solution. In that time, I've already found one that works, and I no longer need the one he offered, since the one I initially bought didn't work correctly, and I had to look for other options because he didn't give me a solution at the time.

Seeing that you're now using a different tool means your tool wasn't working properly when you sold it to me. Furthermore, it seems your tool only allows one keyword search, and I need multi-keyword functionality.

Due to the nature of the situation, a partial refund is the most fair in this situation since both users are not wrong. @lguesslmlose made a config which technically works but the user isn't able to set it up properly even with the offered support, no one's wrong in this case.

@lguesslmlose send him a partial refund of 60$. Do so within 24h. (Do not send the updated config)
