Dear Sir, I don't know why you did not asked him to give proof that he logged in with Canada IP. While am ready to Give Double refund if he can proof. Because there was no any Login with Canada IP.

The 2nd Thing is you said that "It would of been me with Germany IP". Sir you could match the time of the screenshot which he sent me after Login the account and the time in mail of his login which I showed you.

Sir we Buy CC to Create accounts and doing struggle to Selling. And in the last we got in loss. This will be demoralize us.
