no refunder in the entire world ever cover anything other than refunding prepayment. if a refund fails i refund the prepayment or offer bank chargeback service lmk which you want because i dont do anything else

you failed both refunds the same way you knew which payment method i had used and still prepared a cb process when cb wasnt even available and i cannot return the items.

not all banks supports cb and customers must be aware before submitting order themselves.

i dont see an option i see the only option that is get your refund fee refunded and cant do anything else. i complied to all his forms i listed everything perfectly let him do his job he fucked up both my refunds which both items i can not return and failed to know that i cant do a cb. so idk if anyone is paying attention cuz he doesnt list any options i stated a million times that i cant do a cb he failed my refund offered to do cb which i was never able to do in the first place and i cant return wpgg
