This doesn’t seem to be the seller’s main activity. He appears quite busy. I talked with him a bit before starting the process, he said it was already late and that we would start tomorrow. However, it’s now been more than 24 hours and I still haven’t heard back from him.

Update 2: The seller (OP) replied. He explained that he can only handle international Airbnb bookings 3-4 days before the check-in date. I’ll contact him again and proceed with payment on 20/06.
We’ll see how it goes after that.
