Not in the case of this seller, because this seller is adding people to an enterprise plan worth 1 tier less than what they paid for (You're paying for 5x and receiving a standard enterprise seat, 20x and receiving a premium enterprise seat)
This seller has already been banned from the site from which he linked his vouches for scamming.
