I provided him with the full pricing, and he confirmed he wanted to proceed. We agreed that he would pay half upfront ($60) and send the remaining balance once he received the invite. The invite was sent within the one to two hour window as promised.
This is a proof that the invite was sent. He received it but chose not to accept it, and that is not my responsibility.
you have 2h to accept it, delay isn't good

The customer is now claiming the deal was for a 20X upgrade, but as you can see in the attached screenshot, when he asked for Claude 20X, I clearly told him I would refund him since we don't offer that. He refused the refund and told me to just send the invite.
Please check the screenshots for confirmation.

You confirmed multiple times that this was a 20X Claude Max upgrade for $120 with warranty coverage. You even explicitly confirmed this in DMs and on-site messages. Then after payment was sent, you suddenly changed it to “6.5X private access” which is completely different from what was agreed.
On top of that, my screenshots clearly show 20X usage on the account. The account was already upgraded independently, which proves you did not perform the upgrade yourself. Claiming you upgraded me when the screenshots show otherwise makes no sense.
You also stated:
“yes ofc”
when asked to confirm:
“20X Max Claude Code subscription with full 30 day warranty.”
So there is written confirmation from you that the deal was for 20X, not 6.5X.
At this point, it looks like you tried to switch the offer after payment and are now attempting to avoid responsibility. We do not want the 6.5X access or any alternative service. We want an immediate full refund with no further questions asked.
