Proof has been provided to @TheRadiant showing that the account was used by multiple people and the credits were spent by others. As a temporary fix, he offered a shared RunwayML account and other products from his catalog, but I have told him that I am not interested and that is exactly why I paid for this "Custom Order" instead.

OP paid paid 55usd for the upgrade to higgsfield and i can refund 40usd but their is no other solution as of now

(The older purchases were gpt and gfn which worked for a while and he was given 70usd credit + he paid 55usd so i can return the 40 (15 charge for 2months) back)
