No, we he didn't provide any replacement. He just reduced the price for new upgrades. And I'm willing to find a common ground at 3 new upgrades at 30USD. So far he has provided me with 2.
Yes, I'm still paying for the upgrades. So no actual replacements.

However, I'm willing to let this be after 1 more upgrade. He still made me pay for the replacements which is far from standard procedures.

Not adjusted in anyway, we were talking about refunds/replacements and i said i will give u 2 at cheaper price and he agreed.
