At this stage, I dont need the method anymore. It was supposed to be delivered at the moment, and he just gave excuses. To make sure he doesnt send me some shitty "method" and proofs a "delivery", I just blocked him in both Telegram and this forum. Just issue the refund.

This is a complete lie.

You told me I should install some shit before sending me the method. When I installed what you said, you told me you were busy. When some considerable time went by, you told me you had to leave.

Then you were online at different times, like 10:00, 13:05 (just when I sent you a message), and now. 

Now you bullshit me saying that you'll go to sleep again.

I made a quick payment, expecting the product/method or whatever to be sent. But I only got excuses.

Finally, the reason why I blocked the user is to avoid him sending me his supposed method and then using that as a proof to say that he sent me the method.
