Terms of Service
By purchasing from Paxerr, you agree to the following:
- Work starts after payment.
- All work is limited to agreed scope. Extra requests require an additional charge.
- Revisions apply only within scope.
- Refunds are only possible before delivery is confirmed, before ownership is transferred, and within the allowed refund period.
- No refunds after confirmation, transfer, expiry of the refund window, or usage beyond preview/testing.
- Client covers all transaction and processing fees.
- Client delays pause delivery timelines.
- Paxerr is not responsible for third-party platform, API, payment, hosting, or provider issues.
- Ownership transfers only after payment is complete and delivery is confirmed or the review period ends.
- Internal systems, frameworks, and proprietary methods remain Paxerr property.
- Refunded work may be reused or resold by Paxerr.
- Paxerr may add branding/watermarks unless removed through a separate paid agreement.
- Paxerr may showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
- Bonuses and credits have no cash value and may change at any time.
- Abuse, fraud, or chargebacks void all guarantees and support.
