Additional Information:
After all claims and waiting for 10 days, scammer has deleted all telegram conversation.
I have the payment receipt, which I share here and a conversation he shared with me and got lucky to save to gallery.

Buyed a chatgpt plus account 1year upgrade based on seller reputation.
After 15 days account got blocked.
I claimed by chat, wait patiently 10 days.

During this days I see a message in his group chat that other guy buy same product. I write him and I post the conversation. He also got banned. Luckily this guy's has not deleted our conversation. This way send:
Payment receipt
Conversation post mortem.
All kind of info I have been able to gather.

Today, I claimed again and also at his telegram group.
He told me is not his fault and he is not going to pay for others fault.
He told me he is not going to refund anything.
I claimed this is not professional.
He recognized it's not.
He asked for chatgpt account token json.
Minutes later he deleted conversation and banned from his telegram group.

Then, minutes later I tried to open him conversation again and and you can see the results in gallery: surprise! he doesn't know me!
Even I sent him my payment! Look how quickly I got replies and ignores the pictures I sent him. Ultra quick.


Well, I payed 35$ for a 15 days account and refuses to offer any solution and now I'm blocked.

Crypto address for a refund: will provide if needed.

I ask for help to admins.

I did not deleted any convo btw i aint that low lifer. he is showing me a screenshot of a payment done to me of 35 usdc and idk what he actually bought i even asked him. he texted me today by saying this "bro you deleted the convo" like which convo dude. if you wanna play a durty game play with brains dont simply frame me for a 35$ scam. if u wanna beg like that sure but you have to tell me what did you bought when i asked u but u were too eager to open a scam report and trust me you know what you are doing. using a 2nd account and framing me for a pitty scam cuz u know u cant talk to me with your main account. lol just be a man and dont play these small games. if you need 35$ i can give it to you no issue but sorry what you are doing is cheap and low lifer thingy bro i did not delete any fuckin convo or banned you from any group of mine.

I came here with the truth and only that. Haven't provide any false accusations. I can't prove there was a full conversation history because it was deleted by you. No offense on that, you did it, be an adult and admit.

I detailed every step I took during these days, from the moment I payed 35$ until the moment the conversation was deleted and discovered that suddenly you don't recognize me.

I don't know what second account you claim, I not familiar with tricks, one user here and one telegram account. This is direct and straight to you, just buyed a product and want that product delivered, working or any alternative. It's easy and here he are to make business and solve products as adults.

The purpose is not to make false accusations.

After the claim, he has write to my telegram account and posted some kind of text claiming that there are no refunds and there are situationa not covered by their TOS. Would be interesting to had it in ADVANCE and not AFTER.

Again, here I claim to behave like adults and meet the agreements. If the account should last 1 year, at least I expect more than just 15 days or at least some kind of warranty. Doesn't it make sense or am I crazy?

Otherwise this seller should not be marked as trusted or at least get a warning notice.

you did not contacted me through your main telegram the only lie here is that you are claiming that i deleted the convo which i did not. you are simply a coward who thinks he is smart by contacting me from a different account on telegram and framing me for deleting convo. but sure thing no worries the issue you are addressing here was easy to address with your main telegram and without all that deleted convo drama. i did sell some chatgpt plus for 1 year and the guy who provided me that told me chatgpt removed it and its not just me you can check the whole market its like that for everyone who ever got the 1 year chatgpt plus and my t.o.s are visible to everyone on my telegram and discord server if company fucks us up we wont be able to do anything in that case.

You did delete the conversation. What's the point to open you a conversation that way? It was a surprise not being able to find the conversation with you.
Then the second surprise: not subscribed to your telegram channel. Tried to open it from a link I get "it didn't exist".

There are no lies. You know it. You have my email, which I send to you for the chatgpt account. You have that account full Json, you have my telegram account (That you took your time to find in your group, kick and ban) and also the binance id from I made the payment.

I know this could feel uncomfortable, I tried to avoid this for more than one week being patient and believe in your "wait please".

Also, just to remind, because maybe you have not read claim carefully. Some of the pictures I have sent are from another user, like me, who bought the same product, had the same problem and was kicked from your channel by you.

So just solve the situation or offer a solution. Does this worth your time? For me, it worth from the moment I see you try to trick me deleting conversation and want to avoid all responsibility.

In the past I buyed Spotify account to you, even a fups card, without any problem. After a while it became unusable. I cant show all our history, the conversation, because oh, surprise, you have deleted it. But Im pretty sure I have the old binance payment because they don't delete anything.
