I told him these are not HQ accounts and that they are already available in websites like G2G and plati marketplaces for cheaper price and they do not last for a year and had to replace often!
The next day, 03rd May 2026, the account purchased stopped working.
I told Seller that I needed a CapCut account for the whole year and I cannot lose my work that I keep saving inside the account and cannot switch multiple accounts during the year.
Seller then tells me that he can only provide replacement warranty and he will not refund for sending me temporary email accounts.
It is not clear how he is reselling such temporary email accounts with 1 year Warranty and only offering replacement warranty for trashy temp emails, which are available all over the Internet for 8-10$. I paid him 30$ and he says he can only do 50% refund, as he incurs 50% loss! I do not know what is his logic behind reselling a 10$ account for 30$, yet somehow incurring a 50% loss!
For all those reading this report, do not buy from him as his accounts are Ultra LQ Temporary emails literally!

I would like to offer some feedback to help the administrators with this matter.This is for informational purposes only and is intended to expose the user “ngonfire” on the forum. This is to protect the forum.
1-They have previously filed a complaint report against me in a similar manner. I would like the managers to look into this matter.
2-There are many stores on the forum. And this one is one of them. I had an issue with them regarding the ChatGPT Pro product.
3-He creates accounts on Telegram using different usernames and makes purchases from stores. He then sells these products on forums, pretending to have upgraded them himself.
5-He bought it from a user for $30 and sold it for $45, making a $15 profit on the item. When a problem arose with the product, he filed a complaint on the forum because the customer was upset, in an attempt to get a refund. After receiving the refund, he plans to buy the item again from another user to resolve his own customer’s issue. This is completely unfair. Every store should provide its own warranty for its products.You can review the reports they’ve filed previously. They’re all due to this reason.

UPDATE Many stores on the forum are doing this, and they’re winning every case. This situation is very strange and unfair.
Users can buy and sell items from each other on the forum, yes, but ngonfire doesn’t provide any warranty for the products itself. It just takes a commission. When a problem arises, it files a lawsuit and tries to seek compensation. Someone needs to put a stop to this misconduct. It’s an infuriating situation.

The reason I’m sharing this is that someone needs to put a stop to Ngonfire. I’ve never seen anyone on the forum file so many lawsuits over products.

I was just sharing my opinion. You’re taking the products you need from all the stores without permission. Then you try to sell them with a markup. If they look into all the users selling items on the forum, they won’t find a store that has received as many scam reports as yours. I just wanted to share my thoughts. KEY NOTE: pollymydolly and darkmager4559 You all openly admit that you sell these accounts from your Supplier and your Supplier is the one who sends you these accounts to you after your Purchase / Order with them. On many occasions, you asked me to wait since the accounts weren't in stock and once your Supplier confirms they are available, you update me for my Purchase with you. So you are allowed to list your products and resell from your Supplier and no one should have a problem with any of that (as long as you deliver and honor Warranty) and when it comes to me, pollymydolly, according to you, I'm only one who should not be allowed to sell 70+ Upgrade services on Client accounts and I'm not allowed to resell from my Supplier. Anything and everything that happens in your life, it is because of me and what I did to you (creating a scam report because I got scammed) and that everything about me is always 'unfair' to you.

The customer is totally misusing his power to open scam report, I provided a fully working capcut account with password changeable, it does not matter whether the account available cheap anywhere else, the customer took it from me in 30$ which i told price before he purchased, and i provided a fully working account.
The customer is saying the accounts are temporary, which is however not the case with my account, i have provided him 12 months warranty if account stops i provide replacement or refund which ever is possible, one of the accounts stopped working and i told him to use the another one as a replacement. however the customer is defaming the quality of the account i provided and without any reason he is telling me that this account is available cheaper somewhere else which does not matter because my price is different and other market place has different price
I have provided him 1 year warranty if acount stops i provide another if not i provide refund.
The customer also telling me that i am reselling it for higher price, i got the account myself for 20$ from my vendor.
I am still offering him 50% refund.
first of all he was saying that this account i already have, then i asked him screenshot to show me where u got same account, he did not send me any such screenshot, he is basically telling me these accounts are available for cheap somewhere else, but still he took it from me and my price was 30$

if account is low quality? how the account has capcut pro with all features, i dont understand what does he mean by low quality, account password is changeable, account has pro features, moreover i am giving him warranty for 12 months
