Additional Information:  He would go weeks without responding.  His sales listing said setup in 24 hours.  After about 1 month after payment he finally sent something yesterday which wasn't what I ordered.  It looked like something he created as the website was only a month old.  It was not a merchant account that he advertised.   Even if he sends a refund he should not be selling on here as he would not respond for weeks on end.  After all this wasted time he sent me something unusable.

No this is not a merchant account, this is having a customer buy crypto. I was buying a merchant account that accepted credit cards not this cheap you through together in a month. I have requested a refund and you kept delaying. Send me a refund
