Additional Information: I asked him multiple time to give me a mercury account with CREDIT feature already enabled ONLY (mercury io credit feature) he assured me he had an account. I check the account and it doesnt have. He acknowledges it and tries to find a replacement for me but doesn't have one. He then has to chat GPT was mercury credit was and now expects me to age the account for the CHANCE I can get credit enabled (not guaranteed ) . He doesn't know what he is selling and is trying to pin blame on me for failing to provide what I specified.

Firstly, @LumberLoon is correct in that he requested a credit function. However, the issue lies in how Mercury.com handles credit activation. Typically, the credit function is activated automatically after a few transactions, usually within 3-4 days. I instructed @LumberLoon to add funds to the account to initiate this process, but he has refused, insisting that the credit function should be activated without any transactions.

Regarding the refund request, I cannot issue one for the following reasons:

1. Instructions and Proxy Usage: @LumberLoon was provided with detailed instructions, including a proxy and a guide on how to log in securely. Despite this, he chose to log in from a different device and IP address without consulting me first. This action alone could potentially disable the account and his request for refund.

2. Documents All necessary documents were delivered to @LumberLoon, and he can save and use them at his convenience.

3. Backup Keys: @LumberLoon was also provided with the backup keys for the account. Even if I were to take the account back, he could still access it, potentially compromising my account.

The account is fully functional, and the solution is straightforward: @LumberLoon needs to add funds and perform a few transactions to activate the credit function. I have offered to take the account back if the credit function does not activate, but @LumberLoon is insisting on a refund instead.

I have provided all possible solutions, but @LumberLoon remains stubborn and is only requesting a refund. I leave it to the moderators to judge this situation.

1. How else will I verify that credit was enabled without the necessary logins to check?

2. Clearly you lied about credit feature being enable and because it wasn't (obviously didn't bother to check )

3. You can easily change all the credentials and secure the account. Its literally useless to me.

1. By logging in with the proxy and browser listed on instructions, or u did not bother to look the file named "ATTENTION" inside?
2. All my accounts get this feature as soon a deposit is made.
3. This point is not valid at all.

You did not get scammed, a product was delivered. I checked all other accounts i had in stock and not a single one of them had it enabled, instructions how to enable it were given to you.
I even offered you the option to give account back if the feature does not get enabled.

By my point of view u logged in on the account the way you wanted yourself without looking at instructions given. Account is not useless, its fully working you are just refusing to cooperate.
