Basically, I bought a Paysera account from him on March 17. Since then, he has started ignoring my messages, delaying the delivery, and saying that he forgot to delivery (as you can see in the Telegram chat screenshots). It has been 4 days since I made the purchase, and I have been messaging him every day without getting any response from him. I’m assuming this is a scam.
