searching people to spread clipper.
clipper functions:
1. generate addresses which would mimic copied address (first and last characters)
2. grabbing seeds and private keys, and then does a light check on them (22 basic networks + coins) then it tracks all addresses there and does withdrawal if any coins received
3. count clients
