Additional Information: Seller claimed that he sells RedotPay for 25$ (Does not mention other charges other than 25$ as you can see from his thread and also telegram messages), and i wanted to buy one, i asked if i get a VCC capable of working with Apple Pay and he said yes, i also asked if a VPN is needed or anything else, he said no. Later on i sent him the money, he started doing his work and he asked me for a number, which of course i didnt have i didnt live in the US, i did provide him with a XK number but RedotPay didnt accept that, not my fault, he said that he will use the mule's number which also means he will have access to the account at any time, but more importantly it means that everytime i wanted to login to my account i would have to ask him to ask the mule for the code, which it could take a long time depending on the timezones, anyways he tells me to buy an eSim with a phone number which wasnt on the expenses list, i only had 25$ to spend on this, i told him that he should provide Google Voice or something like that and maybe charge more if needed, not claim its only 25$, he said he's a new seller, whats that gotta do with him providing a product that i cant even login into without the need to ask an indian mule for help?, let alone he has access to my ASSETS?, and i certainly cannot get a US number, if he asked me before then of course i wouldnt have bought the account at all, and to top it all of, RedotPay requires you to pay more money to even own a VCC which when i asked him about the "Apple Pay" part, he didnt even think to mention it, this is all messed up, i am definitely not paying 25$ for a product that i cant even use.
Seller needs to make a better sales thread and also inform his clients that 25$ is not the only price they will be paying, i refuse to get charged more when i could pay 50$ for a cypher card.

Seller’s obligationsA seller advertising a “Redot Pay KYC for $25” implies: - Delivery of a fully usable, independent account.
- Transparency about all requirements and limitations before purchase.
- Disclosure of any additional costs or dependencies.
The seller failed to disclose: - That a phone number is mandatory.
- That the account would be tied to another person’s number and i would need an OTP code from him everytime i wanted to login.
- That the account wouldn’t be fully under your control.
- That Apple Pay functionality may require additional deposits

Thank you for your reply. I’ll clarify a few points so everything is transparent for moderators:
Your sales thread said only:
“REDOT PAY KYC FOR $25 – PM me on Telegram to buy.”
You did not mention any additional requirements such as a number, eSIM, or that the account would be made using a mule’s phone number (neither on the sales threads or DM).
I confirmed with you in DMs before payment that:
- No VPN was required
- The card works with Apple Pay (No mention of extra fees for a VCC)
- The total price is $25 with no extra costs
At no point did you mention that I would need to supply a number or that one would be borrowed from someone else.
- After payment, you required a phone number and used your mule’s number when I didn’t have one. That made the account dependent on another person and not securely or independently usable by me.
- A RedotPay “account” that I cannot log into without asking your mule for an OTP is not a usable product. It also violates the basic expectation of privacy and ownership.
- Whether or not RedotPay charges internal fees for VCCs is irrelevant - the dispute is about your misleading listing and incomplete disclosure.
- You admitted yourself:
“I agree I should have been more clear on the SIM.”
That admission alone shows the product was not accurately represented in the original offer.
In summary:
I paid for a fully usable RedotPay account for $25. What I received requires a third party’s number to log in, giving them access to my account and assets. That is not the product described. I therefore maintain that the seller failed to deliver the promised service and should issue a refund.

I do agree abt the SIM but i have verified the account as listed on the post and am 100% willing to swap to ur personal sim as a person who's purchasing something i'd assume you'd be knowledagble on the fees which redot pay has associated w/their users
for the mods to be clear
- Provided FULL KYC on clients email
- After the kyc was verified by my mule he askes for a refund
-willing to swap the number to his personal number
tldr: as the title says in my post im willing to offer to change the reg sim to his and also ive provided the kyc on his mail and he asks for a refund after ive paid my mule and completed kyc

Yes, your post says “REDOT PAY KYC FOR $25.”, but in our DMs we specifically agreed that you would sell me a ready RedotPay account, not simply complete KYC on my own existing one.
For clarity, advertising “KYC” typically means offering to verify a customer’s own account - helping them pass KYC - not to create a new account under your mule’s identity and then hand it over.
So, our deal wasn’t just about performing KYC - it was for a fully usable account, which I never received. The account you delivered is tied to another person’s SIM, meaning I can’t access it independently or securely. And buying a US number was not part of the deal, he should've thought of that and either provided a Google Voice or told me that its needed before we even got started.
It was never mentioned to me beforehand that I would need a US phone number or that there would be any additional costs. As I said earlier, if I had known these requirements existed, I would never have gone through with the purchase.
And as the chat logs clearly show, I requested a refund before the KYC process was completed, yet he ignored that and proceeded with it anyway, later sending me the account details despite my explicit request to stop.
In summary, the product I received does not match what was agreed to or advertised.
Here is the proof that i did ask for a refund before the KYC was even done, yet he went through with it even though he knew i didnt want to: https://ibb.co/TqrMVmkk
