So what happened is that this guy messages me on telegram saying he wants to exchange 130$ USD that he would send me through Paypal and I would send him through LTC, he says he has higher reps than me and that I should go first, so I agreed because he had much higher rep than me and asked him if it was cool that we did smaller increments like 50$ USD, he agreed. He sent me his LTC address which is

Once sent, I went to telegram to ask for the money through PP and I see that he deleted all the convo and he was not answering me anymore. Sadly, I did not take a screenshot of the conversation on telegram, which in hindsight was a mistake, BUT, before doing the deal, I confirmed with him through the forums PM that I was indeed talking to him and he confirmed, see screenshot:

After that he didn't answer PM or TG for a while, but once he was called out in the chatbox, he kept saying that "I blocked him" and/or that I wanted him to "join his cloud" (which I dont even know what that means), here is an extract of the shoutbox: https://prnt.sc/ReCB1pHVVIqM

"Confirming" that I blocked him, which I'm not even sure how that confirms anything 
Either way, in the shoutbox he claims multiple different stories. I dont know how to check shoutbox history but he speaks a lot there back and forth with me and multiple other members, he claims at times that he had no idea we were exchanging, then claims he doesnt know who that LTC address belongs to, then claims that I want him to join a cloud(?) (Still dont know what that means), then claims 50$ is nothing to him yet I have given him more than an hour where he was active in the shoutbox to give me back my money and has refused to do so. Someone on Telegram called @beastmode_pto wrote me and said, "I'd like to join your private cloud... but first I need to confirm i text  you using c.sh." Then he said, "I want to join the cloud lifetime ." I told him, "You're welcome...he said " What's the payment method? I told him about payment. Then he deleted the conversation and wrote on c.io , "Why did you delete the messages?" I told him, "You're the one who deleted the messages." Oni - @beastmode_pto is a known scammer. Impersonating Patched Admin. Proof can be found on Patched. Not sure if other websites can be linked on here so didn't do it. Evidence in solved section of Patched scam reports.
