Additional Information: Captain Shank took $40 from me for a one-year netflix account, but it has never worked. The account hasn't been functional for many days now, and it didn't even work for one full month out of the year I paid for. I've tried everything to reach him for a resolution, but he doesn't respond on Discord or Telegram. When I even open a support ticket on his Discord server, it gets deleted without any answer or help, and I feel completely ignored and stranded. This was a significant amount of money for me, and I genuinely need it back. I would really appreciate an immediate refund, as the situation has been very disappointing and stressful. Please help me resolve this. I can provide paypal screenshots of my payment if needed. Thank you once again!
