Additional Information: so i bought 10m lines from this guy 3.3m co , 3.3m ec , 3.3m sa he delivered only 2m co in 2 days after buying, which is insane cuz he should have the combos ready after buying. He said that he have problems with the family so I suggest refunding 80% (180$) as the remaining lines cuz I can't wait, Then he tells me i don't have ur money ( i paid him the day before + he showed me his 60k+ wallet lol ) idk how he have no money to refund  but what ever  if u cant deliver lines cant refund so at least get banned from here that's fair
