Additional Information: To begin with, when I first purchased, his thread stated 19.99. After the purchase, he edited his thread and up'd the price in which I didn't make a big deal about. When purchasing from his website, the PayPal transaction didn't auto process despite putting the note in the description. So I then opened a support ticket on his website and after a day or two of nothing, I posted on his thread in which he was pretty rude and laughed at the fact I used the big support button on his website for help, and not discord which he says was in the TOS which I may have or may not have overlooked but I don't see why anyone wouldn't use a support feature on the website they purchased something from. IMO, take it down if it doesn't work or serve a purpose...? Since contacting him on discord, I've just recieved one excuse after the other to the point I don't think I'll ever recieve anything and being trolled. I would also like to make clear that at the end of the day, I'd be happy with just recieving what I paid for vs a refund. But, of course I'd like my money back if the seller cannot provide what he offered. I'm not even trippin about him raising the price AFTER I purchased at a lower listed price even though I see that as "scummy" business practices and I have a negative view of this seller and the way he conducts business especially with customer service.
