The file is clean and the virus total scan results are False Positives from my analysis, but always take caution and do the research yourself but its good enough for me.
Really good tool I stumbled across for optimizing Windows. I tried it on a fresh Windows installation, and it’s pretty good for being freeware with no paywall.
I know a lot of people love tweaking utilities so here you go and enjoy.
