This was not a planned deal, he randomly sent me money and did not confirm at first if I was even ready to receive money, I already told him to make a paypal case as I told him that I wasn't able to send him crypto at the time. I don't know why he is acting like he's not able to get his money back from it.

Family & Friends Chargeback doesnt work, also my Customer cant do it, asked him, so you dont will refund it or either exchange it.

Also you didnt even told me, that im not allowed to sent anymore because youre away.

So yea Admins please make your decision, because he is telling me to wait 2 Weeks since 1 October, and we got the 22.10 now

Random would be not telling me beforehand that you would be sending, which is what you did, as far I know there has been no attempt into trying to refund yourself, which is what I told you to do 2 weeks ago. Have there even been an attempt to contact PayPal support, if so provide me with proof that you were not able to get your money back.

Like i told you, my customer said, he cant chargeback, normally you also CANT chargeback Family & Friends, only if you Paid Via Card, not with PayPal Balance, You said 1 October 2 weeks, which is 22 days ago, so second time you lied. Also when you tell me i can sent whatever i want, and i sent 4D later an Transaction i dont see a problem there, also you told me you will refund it, not that the Account is closed or anything else, so wheres the Problem tell us? You wont refund it, youre already back, you wanna keep the Money.

That’s not what I told you to do 2 weeks ago, I told you to make a PayPal case or talk to support. I already told you what to do to get your money back, you’ve done none of the steps nor even attempted to do so.

I told you a WEEK before you sent, I do not know where you’re getting 4 days from, you made sure I was online on our previous payment, what changed? Again, I told you specifically to make a case TWO weeks ago and all you've done is sit on your ass doing nothing. I’m not “on” I’m using my phone on cellular data, still no access to my PayPal account.

Make a PayPal case, I told you to do it 2 weeks ago man and you still haven’t, I don’t know where you’re getting this info from but you 100% can, we never agreed on this deal you sent this a week after and I had the “last online a week ago status” I’m not “back” yet I’m posting this on my phone, still no access to my crypto wallets or PayPal. Please just make a PayPal case and get your money back lol. If you’re not able to send proof that you attempted to do so.
