Additional Information: I’d like to report that this person is a scammer. He claims he has everything private and exclusive, but he is doing this just to scam people.
Dear admin, I’ve been here for a long time and I’ve never complained about anyone before, even if I got scammed. But he told me he had a checker with the specifications shown in the images I marked in red. Sorry for the number of screenshots.
After I paid and joined the group, I didn’t find anything he promised. He said he would send it privately, but he didn’t send anything I asked for. When I told him this is not what I wanted, he sent a public checker from GitHub, and it still didn’t have what I needed.
Please take action against people like this. Thank you for your time and consideration.

i'm responding to this report to provide the full context and clear up the misunderstanding.
The buyer purchased the Diamond plan from my service. Here is exactly what is included in that plan, which he received immediately after payment:

• VIP Cloud: Daily drops of private Hotmails, ULPs, logs, and premium accounts.
  
• Hotmail Checker: Proxyless, 500+ CPM, 100+ keywords, country filter.
  
• AIO Checker: For Netflix, Steam, PSN, Xbox, Roblox, TikTok.
  
• 40+ Full Capture Configs: SVB format for SilverBullet.
  
• Discord Token Checker: A standard token checker with full capture for billing, verified, and nitro status.
  
• Token Joiner.
  

He received full access to the private Telegram channel containing all of these tools and the daily data drops. This was delivered right after payment.
The issue began when, after receiving everything, he asked for a custom Discord tool with specific advanced features: unspammed, seed searching, and private keys. I explained that these features are not part of the standard Diamond plan and would be a separate, custom development project.

He then demanded a refund, even though he had already received the full Diamond plan that he paid for. I did not refuse to help him. I simply stated that the advanced features he wanted were extra work.
The screenshots he posted show our conversation, but they do not show the full context. I have my own screenshots and proof of delivery, which I am happy to share with the staff if needed.
I have been transparent and professional throughout this exchange. I delivered exactly what was advertised in the Diamond plan. The request for advanced, custom features is separate and was never part of the original deal.
I am open to resolving this, but I will not issue a refund for services that were fully delivered. I ask the staff to review the full situation.

you got all of that delivered. Now you want a refund because the custom Discord tool you asked for (spammed, unspammed, seed searching, private keys) wasn't included? That's not what the Diamond plan is. If you only wanted a token checker, you should have said that from the start. I've been in this forum long-term, dropping samples daily  I'm not throwing that away for $50. You got exactly what was advertised in the plan.
