Buy Minoxidil on Ebay and a dermaroller.

Use the Minoxidil daily for 6 months and use the dermaroller a few times a week, gently rolling it over areas of the scalp where hair thinning

Peel back your scalp the hair is there already there is just too much skin.

Try using biotin.  I worked for me.
