Depends on what you are after, but passbolt, bitwarden, and vault are good choices.  All are open source, self hosted, and capable of MFA.

Lastpass, It is super fast and I use the extension in my browser, I love that in each login form it verifies if it is that I previously saved credentials and easily auto-fills them, in addition to generating the passwords in all the auth registers
