I’m offering Telegram Emergency Data Requests (EDRs) for sale.
Price: $200 USD per request (payment upfront, no negotiations).
What is a Telegram EDR?
- An Emergency Data Request is an urgent data disclosure method sent to Telegram, similar to what law enforcement uses in critical situations to get quick access without a standard warrant process.
What information do you get from a Telegram EDR?
- The phone number linked to the Telegram account.
- The most recent login IP address, along with the exact timestamp.
Processing time:
- About 1 week on average (typically 5-8 days). There is no same-day or instant option.
- Sometimes Telegram delays requests and responds in about 2 weeks,
- this is outside our control and can happen due to their internal review processes.
How it works:
- Provide the target’s Telegram handle, User ID, or phone number clearly. Once the request is submitted, it goes through the process.
- Note that Telegram may delay some requests, I’m not responsible if that happens.
- You can also provide a public/private channel URL (t.me/...). Without needing any administrator's handle, we can get EDR data (phone + recent IP/timestamp along with handles) for every admin in that channel.
- Same $200 price per full set (all admins covered in one request).
