Why not add these events to the staff team?

Every year the community will vote for the best staff
The winner will get something like 250k credits and some award

Having MOTM for staff among like 10 people is pointless and will be more of a nuisance than of help. Also the staff doesnt need credits, they already have access to as much as they want in the mod panel.

Correct, the staff team is limited for helping the community, i'm not suggesting a "MOTM", just a event from the COMMUNITY to the STAFF TEAM, every year it will be with the actual staff team

And the staff theam dont have acces to the "Mod Panel", they are limited to some actions and abusing the administator power is a reason for demote.

(The staff team is limited by their actual level, t-mod, mod, admin, etc)
