Supreme Sig Spots Removal For Banned Users

Signature spots should be removed for users who are banned for scamming after 1 week of being banned and have not been unbanned / refunded + pay security fee
Doesn't make sense to have their service / Shop promoted when they are scamming / have scammed
The time frame could be longer or shorter Ig it depends if the user will refund withthin that time frame or not maybe a better suggestion regarding that matter
