Hello mods, I understand exactly what''s going on here. This @VelvetV7 account has been created 3 weeks ago, he is definitely some competitor attacking me! I can't prove yet but it's very clear.
I can show you the chat export, he never even asked for a refund he just went straight to giving me a bad vouch.

and u think im a same guy what i creat acc 6y ago just for u no bro we have a same problem
I also agree on the bad experience, the token amount / request count is miscounted. In addition to this, they are not serving the models as claimed. I contacted the seller about this, but they chose to ignore and leave me on read. If you query their "Opus 4.8" through the API with a question to tell you about events within its knowledge cutoff, it will claim to have an earlier knowledge cutoff and cannot answer the questions. Tested five times across their API vs official Anthropic, theirs failed every single time while Anthropic succeeded every time. And furthermore, this is not even supplied by them, they are just a reseller. Their API supplier that they hand out is from https://ecomagent.in/, both a plain scam.
@MrPoisonLab if the user is not satisfied with the service, he may receive a refund in exchange for nothing using the service anymore. Not that amount of tokens should be wasted in such small prompts.

Refund him within 24h,
I understand that if he didn't use the service it makes sense to refund but each service works in a different way and the tokens amount per prompt is that exactly, so that means all other third party api services are wrong? I don't get it...
I''m refunding him anyway. It was clear that this is not the official API I think you're confusing things.
@Alex I'm not sure he wants the refund, I messaged, he saw the message hours ago and never replied.

Also @Alex , I posted a reply of me testing my bought tokens, and it is 3x more expensive than original Claude API pricing, shouldn't his thread be closed? He is obviously misleading like crazy. You aren't even getting a discount at all.
