Since i mm'd this deal, i remember you saying that after the payment the OP can expect rates above 5$ !

The Agreement was that the money would be released upon hitting 5$, which it did. 

But since this is not working anymore and nowhere near to what you told the OP it would be, you will have to refund. @LMF how much did you make so far, using this service ?

since i got only one payout & minimum payout is 0.1 xmr i got 13 usd.

The Agreement was hit as you said yourself, I agreed that if the hashrate drops down below $3.5 per day if there are bots available I will reload him.

At this time there are no bots available but within the next 3 days (assumed if there's bots) I'll be able to increase hashrate again.

I'm in no way obligated to refund him as the deal was done, he confirmed himself.

I have no control on whether bots die or not, I told him this multiple times and he agreed to go through with the deal BEFORE you released the funds.
