Pal i dont think you know that telegram chat could be exported which i did , and i have shown a screenshot were it shows i said "deam? what" and your smart ass thaught you could delete the message {Deam LinkedIn work , skillshare work , prime video work , Netflix work (i recomended add without Geo location) and other work) Duolingo work, Scribd work , jetbrains work} and i wont have proof which i do , so you can stop tyna play this and all screenshots you sent are of april 10 and onward but if you have a brain even the size of a peanut you can read where i sent your purchase and fix record where i have written myself you got no fix for envato was provided after 14april last fix for envato was 11march

If you think you can fool around and get $290 refund supposedly then you have a mental issue cause for starters all your points are limited to envato and netflix which cost $65 , so dispute amount $65 rest all have lasted long and if they have issue now they will get fixes

Most of the services are, in fact, working perfectly fine and i have never been notified of them being down until the day the report was suddenly opened, and I have evidence to support this claim, including detailed logs and chat transcripts.
To clarify, the disputed amount should only be $65, as the reported issues are limited to Netflix and Envato. It is worth noting that Netflix has experienced occasional interruptions in the past, but it has consistently been fixed promptly.
In accordance with my terms of service, I offer store credit for the affected services based on the duration they were operational. For instance, the customer paid $50 for Envato, which lasted for four months from December 10 to April 14. Thus, they are eligible for $14 in store credit. [ He knew about the TOS as same issue occurred with telegram where he paid $20 , it worked for 2months and he was given $14 sc]
I have diligently exported the entire Telegram chat, including videos, as well as all the Discord tickets, and I have shared them all with @Liars
In conclusion, I firmly believe that the customer's claim of widespread non-functionality is unsubstantiated.

1) You clearly say that I sent a message for the otp but it looks like I created tickets to request the otp several times since it never worked 2) in Telegram all the messages that I asked for the replacement were Banned by your timer the ones that are are why me I removed the automatic draft, but hey, what better way to find out something than by checking the emails, share the envato emails and give them to liars and let them see when each account fell, I also add this video where it is clearly seen that it took weeks without a response when you finally gave a fix that lasted a few hours, and as is known, thanks to proton's email, also in your tests the tickets that you closed asking for DM and in DM you said that via tickets everything for a damn otp to to be able to enter an account then I sent a message on Telegram for the replacement (which for me being an idiot and not changing the destruction time before they do not appear) then what you see in this video is me asking for days, weeks, months the replacement for then say that there was no longer stock and no refund or anything and wait for stock news
Video sended via dm to liars ,one in the morning and a recent one where the down mail was deleted
