Additional Information:
 This guy is messing with us. It’s been almost 20 days (since the purchase) that I still don’t have the services I paid for.

• Web hosting + SMTP + domain name
  
• VPS
  

Only the VPS worked, and for less than 2 days.
Since then, the guy keeps running us in circles, saying that it will be ready in a few hours, but it never is.
 

I understand that these are bulletproof services, as the seller says, but these services are useless if they don’t work. It’s even becoming bulletproof against me at this point… lol

We do not work Saturday and Sundays (Read on our website). But, prior to your issue. 

We had put out announcement via our telegram. We are restarting the network and yes network was unstable which we was optimizing as well. Your server was caught in this. You are trying to say the web-hosting down. The web-hosting server has been working. We got many clients on it and client are actively using it.

EDIT: Your server was full on disk space. Therefore, it would not do anything. I have upgraded your server (free of charge) and gave you extra 3 weeks or so. This was not our issue on this part. This was client issue. Our team has have showed @Alex that the disk place was full to where you cannot do any commands. It has been fixed. You got an upgrade out of it.
