Additional Information: I asked for USA crypto bank. Was offered KAST. Purchased KAST. KAST was not from USA. Asked for replacement or refund, was told: "Sorry, but refund isnt possible" I don't want any other bank anymore, I want my money back because the interaction was not professional at all.

guy asked for service that works for USA Amazon, i am not fucking refunder, so i just offered the most popular option that is used by any refunder. Now he is asking for 5 days after receiving account, I am pretty sure he failed order and now wants to get his money back XD

You can check the transactions on the open up that I have never used open up, yesterday was a saturday and I had the chance to check the open-up to work with it, and as soon as I realized that it wasn't from USA, I Contacted you, and your support was terrible, I have mentioned the open-up to be from USA, and the open up is NOT. That's it.
