isnt proxyscrape doing same thing for free? or do you have a bigger list or something?

My list big yes,  It basically takes all the legwork out of scraping and checking to see which ones are online. 
If you use a program like openbullet you can put API link and your proxielist will auto-update every 5 min (the server updates every 5 min now).
