I was selling minecraft accounts and someone messaged me and said he wanted some
I told him the price for how many he said he wanted and he said sure
He paid through PayPal btw
When I told him the price I put 40 £ and not 40$
I did this because I’m from the uk
When I got through only 40$ not 40£ I obviously told him he needs to send the rest because I said 40 £. He then started spamming servers saying I was a scammer, and then obviously I blocked him, as he’s losing me more money.

I can’t, he opened a ticket with PayPal over the transaction meaning the funds are locked, also, why should I refund him when he falsely accused me of scamming and lost me customers worth over 50$?
