I am looking for a user-friendly cloud communications API alternative to Plivo or Telnyx with a straightforward registration process. The solution needs to support custom Caller ID (for verified numbers we own) and have the ability to detect DTMF/keypad inputs (e.g., catching when a user presses '1') and send real-time alerts to a Telegram channel via webhooks.
