Additional Information:I wanted to buy a Zen account from him. He told me to purchase through his shop and promised a fast delivery time. When I asked whether he'd be willing to use a middleman, he blocked me which makes it pretty clear he's scamming.
Worth noting: he's currently the only seller offering Zen since the new update, so be careful.

 Ban him before he scams someone.
