Yeah, but he advertised a decent speed so I was willing to make this payment. I am fed up with this community sometimes (Not most people). Just the people I end up dealing with are mostly causing troubles. Scammers, sales thrashers, creeps and more

That is normally correct. Even its worth up to $60 and more. But, with his customer service I wouldn't say its worth it.
