Supreme Cracked has some issues, can we fix it?

Over the past few years, Cracked has skyrocketed in users and activity in general.

Which is amazing but it also leads to issues further on that require more detailed and time-consuming moderation
the rising user count has lead to issues like constant leeching, LQ posts, lots of porn threads and people who dont contribute anything to Cracked.

My suggestions for Cracked:

• there should be stricter moderation on low-quality posts so retards dont post copy-paste combos
  
• users should have actual requirements before posting. Stop posting low-quality spam-type posts
  
• cracked should also implement a new system stopping leechers giving them warnings, or even convincing them to actually leave a like on people's posts...fuck leechers
  
• cracked should also provide more awards to users who provide help to users who arent that experienced
