i have a bit of free time on site so will be a few suggestions idk if this can be implemented but worth a shot 
  • USDT or realy any crypto coin  (easy to develop + low network fees)
  • Deals up to $50 (or $30, TBD by officials)
  • No minimum fee
  • 5% fee for holdings (so liars can make a lil money) 
  • Fees added separately (not included in price)
the pros:
  • Legit sellers that dont have as many vouches can land small deals 
  • Buyers won't get scammed on small amounts
