I bought a stripe acc from him in March and he didnt deliver it and instead made false promises saying that it'll be next week, or the week after that etc. He even said he would refund to maintain his reputation but obviously he didnt do this. The last i've heard from him is over 3 weeks ago. I've been messaging him and he hasn't been online. With everything that has happened, I am certain that he is a scammer, save your money and don't buy off this seller. 

I am willing to change my post if the seller fixes this and gives me a refund.
