The client (you) assumes full responsibility of the sent funds regardless if they were the ones who actually sent it. I am dealing with you, you are responsible
In the event of a chargeback/refund the client assumes full responsibility to refund the amount
In the event the payment processor (paypal, cashapp, etc) holds funds, you will not receive your exchange until funds are cleared
