Hello, Members of Cracked.io,

We recently decided to release a new monthly event on the forum and request feedback, suggestions, and advice from the community. The name of this unique event is "Contributor of the Month" (COTM). It will operate similarly to the other monthly events held and maintained on the forum.

We seek your input and suggestions on what sections of the forum shall be monitored for activity eligible for the event, how to monitor this activity, and as well as how we should judge the quality of contributed content. All feedback, suggestions, and advice are appreciated. This is a community-driven event, and thus our desire is for the community to play a significant role in creating this event.

When providing feedback we ask that you try to implement the following template or similar in your response to better help us read through your replies effectively and efficiently.

Template for feedback/suggestion(s) and advice:

- Should additional moderation or control factors be implemented on the section(s) selected for monitoring?
- What section(s) of the forum should be monitored for activity counting towards COTM?
- What rubric should we follow when deciding on the level(s) of quality?
- Do you have any further advice and suggestion(s) that you would like us to consider?
- Should there be a penalty system implemented in case of troublesome candidates?

+ Well admittedly, I am biased as most of my posts are made on the leaks section. 
I think we have to give more credit to publishers who post in the following sections :

Yes, it takes us resources to crack accounts and post them, but some of the people here make killer efforts in creating truly quality threads.  

- What rubric should we follow when deciding on the level(s) of quality?

• Validity of the content, Making sure accounts/methods/tools actually work 
  
• Originality, no duplicates, no re-posting the same accounts/combos 
  
• Responsiveness of the contributor to his posts. 
  

- Do you have any further advice and suggestion(s) that you would like us to consider?
+ Keep a score tab, showing the ongoing progress 

- Should there be a penalty system implemented in case of troublesome candidates?
+ I say yes. People will try to take advantage and in my honest opinion, this will destroy this whole idea.

I don't think this event would work at the moment because the amount of original content actually crafted by the community is just not enough to consistently repeat this event every month.

Most of the content the users produce are instead reposts and dead content, often both. The marketplace is moving while the community seems stuck; users come to sell, few stay for the community and a lot of traffic is burnt anyway due to leechers bans. I don't think the site is getting any advertisement either, besides search results.

The community also aims at quantity instead of quality, because more is better. More reputation, more likes, more profile views, more of everything. We have people with all sorts of ranks, even at the top, desperately begging for more likes and reputation.

When I joined my first forum as a leecher I used to look up to people with fancy usergroups because I thought they were more talented. Now even users with Heaven look like fucking clowns because they crave that profile view and they probably cum all over the keyboard when people click on their profile.

We are doomed, and pushing diamond icons for the 0.01% of the site users won't help.

- Do you have any further advice and suggestion(s) that you would like us to consider? if there is a possibility to add the famous accounts that are being shared here auto checkers so the bot can decide the amount of valid account are being shared by the user
