Mate, there's nothing to refund, we never dealt with him.  We updated our Telegram handle as a proactive security measure to protect our community from scammers posing as us. There's a few imposters so we don't want anyone to get scammed again after he blew up our telegram. 

We have several deals in escrow with @Liars right now. We do not accept direct payment we always suggest a MM. We did not deal with this user, regardless of the optics. 

He contacted us blowing up our telegram when we never dealt with him so we changed our telegram to protect users from getting scammed by an imposter. No other reason.

We do not have his funds and we never transacted. We are a legit service.

To protect users from getting scammed? How so? What's the point in changing your telegram username? A little before this dispute was created?

The veridict is final, refund the user in 24h. I'll not change my veridict.
