Additional Information: I bought a week of residential proxies based on a test. In the test, everything worked fine, the speed was good, but then it started giving retries. I notified him, and he said no refunds, so okay, I accepted. I even asked if he could sell my proxies cheaper since I had no use for them. So far, so good. Then I decided to use the proxies in 1-2 days for something else, like Hotmail, but the proxies simply didn't work, and he ignored me, offered no support, and then even told me that his residential IP pool is only 50k, which is terrible for any residential service; it's easy to burn out and have IPs banned. The only thing that would work would literally be Hotmail. Anyway, I want my money back, or at least a partial refund, or the proxy working for my intended purpose, like in the test he sent me. This is absurd.

Just one additional point: on his website, the proxies he claims to sell have a pool of 68 million, but after the sale, he tells me it's only 50,000 from the unlimited weeks he sold me. No, he didn't try to help. He only told me after the purchase that he didn't do refunds (which he should have said beforehand), and he ignored me for more than a day. And the proxies still aren't working, it's absurd. They don't have 99% uptime, they don't work on my target, and when I try to use them on other targets they don't work either. Let's see how they handle new members here
Here's a screenshot showing that I'm trying to use it in Hotmail Checker and it's not working, until the owner sent me his own proxies to run, because my K3MO proxies literally didn't work.

Exactly, it's a case of mistaken identity. The proxies you sent me in the trial are completely different from the proxies you sent me in the chat. I have proof and I'll send it here. That's why I said I needed consistency and CPM drop, but you mentioned a refund after I send the money and a guarantee as well. In other words, you're wrong. You don't treat a customer like that.
In DM, there's a different, strange proxy that downloads very quickly with a low pool, while on the website, the pool is fast and works perfectly. It's very strange, really. I just want my money back; I won't use this proxy for anything, as I said.
As I said and reiterated, I'm asking the staff for help because this is a serious matter. I lost my money, I was harmed, I have no use for the proxies, and I just want my money back. He can resell the proxies, do whatever he wants, I just want something that is rightfully mine (because I was informed afterwards) and also because I have no use for it.

He literally confirmed that the proxy went down for 1 day, said that 1% takes up 1 day out of the 7 days I contracted for, which is 99% and not 100%, hahaha very funny, seriously, I wasn't born to see this kind of thing
Furthermore, he also confirmed that the proxies are not the same, as shown in the screenshots I already sent here.
