Additional Information:First of all, the upgrade was not applied to my own account. It was successfully activated on a different account, but not on mine. Meanwhile, I have been left waiting for a response while new sales are still being made, and HBO Max is not working.
Since several days have already passed and I have been unable to use the service as intended, I am requesting a refund of 95$. I do not want any further interaction with this seller or with the account that I no longer own. Since the service was not provided on my account as agreed, I want to receive a refund instead.

Communicated with the OP to resolve the issue but OP's been continuously pushing for refund because he simply wants to. Seems like s/he has no understanding of how paying for a service/product works.
I missed the message, that's a human error. I get over 100 messages but the last time OP @ me on my contact was on 2nd June and straight up opened dispute today claiming for a refund. My service doesn't offer refund unless I'm not able to provide service. 

I did mention it was done on their own account for HBO Max specifically. The next thing I offered as seen on chat is a Trio plan offered by Disney+, not the HBO Max specifically. 

For the part that didn't work, I'm still able to look into the issue to resolve it. But in no way im going to refund just because he wants to get refunded.

I would also like to note that he sent me a pre-made account without asking me first. If I pay for an upgrade, I expect it to be applied to my own account not to some pre-made account that I never requested. If he couldn't upgraded it for whatever reasons, he should have refunded or asked me if I agreed to get a pre-made account. 

I am done dealing with such an unprofessional seller. I would also like to point out that the ticket remained open on his Discord server for weeks without any follow up. A professional seller would normally reach out the customer at some point to confirm that everything is working properly and that the customer is satisfied.

As clearly indicated in your message, the upgrade was supposed to be applied to my personal account. Instead, it was provided on a pre-made account, which is not what was advertised or agreed upon. https://imgur.com/a/g63fFKn

Furthermore, the TRIO offer should include HBO Max. Prior to purchasing, I explicitly asked whether it would work in the EU, and you confirmed that it would. Unfortunately, that information was inaccurate, as HBO Max does not work for me in the EU.
