Additional Information: Purchased Claude API Key with 15M Token from their sellauth, received a 13M Key, expired in 20 prompts, afterward they admited that the consumption had issues from their side ( https://imgur.com/a/UfOxhuB ) they were hiding it until 10 people constantly exposed them, some people had their key expire without even using it once ( https://imgur.com/a/FOMeqrf / https://imgur.com/a/drBDQRT / https://imgur.com/a/tN7V13X )

Hello no problem at all. Client used his tokens in his own way. Yes we had problem with tokens usage and it is still being fixed but that was actually after he practically used half of these. I offered some way to give him bonus tokens but he mentioned as it is no needed https://imgur.com/a/qhjP18P . It is not up to us how clients use tokens but we often give them tips how not to use it wrongly. Have a good day

Honestly impressive, your ‘management’ manages to keep the website down for two weeks straight, so we can’t even check our usage, and then when we finally realize something’s off, the grand solution is… a 1M token key? After I paid for 15M and only got 13M?
