Additional Information:
Failed refund, he told me to try with bank, that was never part of the original agreement but he's method was so shit the bank is even ignoring me. 

Also additional info is that I did get a replacement, they email about sending the old one back and UPS was at my door 3 times. butterfly told me that I could return it no problem and keep the replacment one.
But when I did they never refunded my money and said they still haven't received the "broken" one. And after that they just ignored me, then I contacted bank, they responded like 3 times then they just ignored me, I've sent 4 emails asking about and update after that lol, 0 response. I can't imagine how shit the method was based on how they are acting.

Ill allow you to give him more time, since I'd rather get my money than him being instabanned :D Since hes last visit was 19 SEP, so if possible we can give him like a week or so. Ive also sent the forum post to him in DM
